I've bought a couple of these sets now for my girlfriend. They're a great little display piece and they're fun to assemble on rainy days when you're trapped indoors but tired of staring at screens. A little complicated for adults (versus a Lego set) but perfect for adults or advanced builders. I love the looks of these sets. She has them on display behind her work desk, and we plan to continue adding to the street scene.
Got this for one of my girls. She said she would build it but after and hour she says Dad can you help which meant can you build it for me. So I did(with her supervision)

Introduction to MOCs:
Japanese Street View Series Takoyaki Shop MOC captures the essence of Japanese bustling street takoyaki shops. Takoyaki is a popular Japanese street food made from small balls of batter filled with diced octopus, tempura bits and scallions, and grilled to perfection on a special griddle.
The mockup features a compact and colorful takoyaki shop with a red and white striped awning and a large sign advertising the shop's signature dish. The shop has a small kitchen with a grill and various utensils for preparing and cooking takoyaki. There is also a small counter area where customers can enjoy delicious takoyaki served piping hot on small bamboo skewers.
